Matt Booth is the Chief Strategy Officer at Urgent.ly Roadside Assistance. Previously, he was CEO of Connectivity, a developer of advanced customer intelligence solutions. Matt has more than 15 years of executive management experience in digital media and marketing, and deep expertise in SaaS solutions, online and mobile search, vertical directories, social networking, small-business advertising and online classifieds.
Before Connectivity, Matt served as Chief Strategy Officer for local media research and consulting firm BIA/Kelsey, where he advised clients across the interactive local media marketplace, and covered the latest trends in local, mobile and social search, customer engagement and lead generation. Matt came to BIA/Kelsey from Done Right (a LendingTree business), a local lead generation start-up, where he was cofounder and COO. Previously, Matt held several senior positions at Citysearch, including VP, strategy and planning; VP, product; and VP, media partnerships. Matt participated in numerous activities at Citysearch, including the creation of media partnerships with television and radio stations, the launch of city guides with leading newspapers like the Los Angeles Times, the design and implementation of a national local search product, the creation of the prototype of Citysearch’s performance-based sales model, and acquisitions such as that of Entertainment Publications.
