As General Counsel, Amanda oversees deal execution and other legal matters on behalf of Mucker funds. Prior to joining Mucker, Amanda was an attorney in the San Francisco office of Cooley LLP, where she advised founders, companies, and investors from formation through exit.
Amanda holds degrees in Accounting from Baylor University and a JD from The University of Chicago.
