We may collect Personal Information from you when you are using the Site. “Personal Information” includes your name, email address and any other contact information, as well as any other information that could be used to identify an individual. We use Personal Information for marketing and promotional purposes, to invite you to attend events, and to enable or improve technical features of the Site. If you apply to MuckerLab or seek investment from Mucker, you may submit additional information about your company and the management team. Such information will be used to process your application and evaluate an investment opportunity.

California

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (Cal. Civ. Code Sect 1798,100 et seq.), or “CCPA,” may afford additional rights to users of the Site and Services who are California residents. For example, California residents may have the right to (a) access Personal Information that we have collected about the user, the categories of sources of such information, the purpose of collecting such information, and categories of any third parties with whom such information has been shared, and (b) direct us to delete Personal information in certain circumstances.
