In particular, I have represented many of the top Silicon Valley public and private companies in their efforts to invest in and acquire technology startups and has helped various leading artificial intelligence (AI), enterprise and consumer technology startups scale their businesses and commercialize their products from inception. I act as your inside and outside general counsel helping you think through venture financings, hiring and terminations, product development, negotiate customer partnerships—including enterprise software and partnerships, data licensing, and integrations—and assists you with scaling and commercializing your technology from a legal and regulatory perspective. I focus my practice on companies in the digital health, fin-tech, and consumer tech industries.
