Ross Hoffman is an investor and advisor in Los Angeles. He spent the last 16 years in executive operational roles at William Morris, Google/YouTube, Twitter and Headspace.

As Chief Business Officer of Headspace, he led their partnerships, enterprise sales, science and healthcare, international and customer operations teams, scaling revenue to over $100M.

Previously, he joined Twitter pre-revenue as one of their first 150 employees, scaling revenue from $0 to $2B+ as VP of Global Content Partnerships where he led a team of 500, partnering with the world’s largest brands and media companies.
Prior to Twitter, he held business development positions at Google/YouTube, acquiring content and building out YouTube’s live streaming strategy, team and technology.Hoffman began his career in the William Morris Agency mailroom, ultimately joining their corporate consulting department, advising Fortune 500 companies on their branded entertainment and marketing strategies.
