Rahul has 35 years of experience in the financial services, banktech, fintech, and health-tech industries, having served at the board and executive levels.
Until March 2019, Rahul was CEO of RevSpring (backed by GTCR), a high-growth healthcare fintech that provides intelligent financial engagement and payment solutions to 2,000 leading healthcare providers.
Before RevSpring, for a period of ten years, Rahul was EVP and Group President at Fiserv, Inc. (FISV), a $13B financial technology Fortune 500 company. At Fiserv, Rahul managed the P&L for businesses ranging in size from $600M to $1.3B, led over 5,000 associates, and served thousands of banks and corporate clients.
Before joining Fiserv, Rahul was President of U.S. Operations for eFunds Corp. (acquired by FIS), a $500M payments and risk management software solutions provider, where he transformed and repositioned the risk management and electronic payments business lines.
Rahul is a current board member at CorPay (CPAY), Mitek (MITK), Amount, SavvyMoney, and Solutions By Text, as well as the non-profit lender Capital Good Fund.
He is a former board member after successful exits at Cardtronics (CATM), Zego/PayLease (Vista Equity), and nContracts (Mainsail Equity).
Additionally, he is an advisor at NYCA (VC Fund), Advent International (PE Fund), StoicLane (PE Fund), as well as several private companies.
He is an Ambassador for the University of Southern California (USC), a member of USC Provost Associates, and a mentor to multiple teams at the Viterbi MEPC Competition.
Rahul graduated Magna Cum Laude with an MBA from Indiana University and holds a BA in Commerce and CPA certification from India.
