Philip Park is a Vice President at Phi Ventures USA and leads the post-merger integration team. He specializes in accelerating growth through roll-up acquisitions and using AI to improve knowledge transfer, performance management, and talent retention.

Prior to Phi Ventures USA, Philip managed corporate finance for Cetera Financial Group and led post-merger integration initiatives for several companies with revenues that ranged from $100 million to $500 million. He also advised Cetera on their $1.7 billion sale to Genstar Capital.

Philip began his career as an investment banking analyst at Silicon Valley Partners and holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
