Senior Vice President, Delta Agriculture

Philip Park is an experienced investor and operator. He is a founding member of Delta Agriculture, an AgTech company whose agricultural footprint spans six states (California, Colorado, Kentucky, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas). He led Series A and Series B fundraising efforts and raised over $30 million of debt and equity. He also increased Delta Ag’s valuation from $5 million to $100 million through a combination of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial partnerships, and joint ventures. Prior to Delta Agriculture, he managed financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for Cetera Financial Group, one of the largest independent broker-dealer networks ($250+ billion AUA, $60+ billion AUM) in the United States. While at Cetera he led the annual budgeting process for a company with over $1 billion in revenue and was directly responsible for all revenue forecasting across all business lines. He also advised Cetera on their $1.7 billion sale to Genstar Capital and was responsible for developing marketing materials, creating financial models, and managing due diligence. Philip began his career at Silicon Valley Partners, an investment bank focused on fintech and consumer internet companies. While at Silicon Valley Partners, he took an operating role within Backflip Studios (mobile gaming), developed the growth strategies that led to several #1 top-grossing games in the App Store, and assisted their $112 million sale to Hasbro. Philip specializes in helping companies raise Series B funding.
