Peter is a partner at the law firm Cooley LLP. Peter’s practice primarily focuses on the representation of technology companies and investors. He regularly assists clients with financings and mergers and acquisitions, in addition to entity formation, organization and governance matters, securities transactions, and SEC and stock exchange compliance and reporting. Peter’s representative clients include AngelList, Brand.net, Bringify, CareInnovations, Flotype, ImagineH20, Ingenuity Systems, InsideTrack, Micromidas, Opera Software, Plate, salesforce.com, SeamlessReceipts, ShopSanity, Skyrockit, Syndero, TriNet, Yelp! and Zynga. Peter received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a John M. Olin Law and Economics Fellow, and a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
