My original background is econ/finance and have also worked for a fintech startup, and done consulting projects for Credit Karma. So domain expertise in automotive, fintech, small/local business. Overall, a pretty broad skillset, which I believe makes me better at understanding business/product problems better than most data people. I have found this particularly useful for developing initial versions of new ideas where the exact requirements have yet to be defined.
