Jon Carter has over 15 years of senior-level eCommerce experience including: Ticketmaster.com, Livenation.com and UnionBank.com. Jon is a recognized expert in eCommerce and advises individual investors, Private Equity and a range of consumer product and technology companies; start-ups to Fortune 500. Prior to that Jon was Senior Vice President of eCommerce at Live Nation Entertainment. In that role, he ran product, design, engineering, online marketing and fulfillment operations for a diverse range of businesses including: Ticketing, Merchandise, VIP, Fan Club, as well as all other ancillary products. As GM of the Direct to Consumer business for Live Nation Artists (Music Today), Jon was responsible for the eCommerce storefronts of over 600 brands including: Sesame Street, Jay Z, Shakira, U2, Madonna, Deadmau5, Kaskade and KISS as well as sports and fitness clients like NASCAR and Jillian Michaels. Before joining Live Nation, Jon served as Vice President of Product for UBOC.COM (the eCommerce arm of Union Bank, a bank with $97 B in assets). He is currently CEO of Snap Kitchen in Austin, Texas. Jon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
