Jason Bergsman

Executive Vice President, The Chernin Group

Jason Bergsman is the EVP of The Chernin Group, a media, entertainment, and technology investment and management firm. He was formerly a director of digital media strategy, business development, and investment at NBC Universal. Mr. Bergsman was previously a senior analyst in the strategic planning group of The Walt Disney Company, where he focused on television and Internet transactions. As an analyst in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs, he executed advisory and financing assignments on behalf of clients in the consumer products and retail industries. Mr. Bergsman earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 2008, where he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar. He is also a graduate of Duke University, where he received his B.A. in Public Policy Studies.
