Jake Ryan is an author & CIO at Tradecraft Capital, a digital asset manager focused on the next long-wave economic cycle, the Age of Autonomy®. His first book, Crypto Investing in the Age of Autonomy, published by John Wiley & Sons, is a US News & World Report ‘Best 7 Book on Crypto Investing and DeFi.’
Jake is also an advisor to several VC-backed startups and was an advisor to two VC accelerators and a PE firm. He was a guest lecturer at Pepperdine University where they used his book as the textbook for their MBA in Data Analytics program. Prior to Tradecraft, he ran a specialized software engineering firm for 20 years.
Jake earned a Computer Science degree with a concentration in AI from the University of Texas at Austin. He is the 1st author of published work, applying AI to cybersecurity, which has 800+ Google Scholar citations.
