Prior to co‑founding Tekton, Jai was a Venture Partner with Partech since 2006, where he led early stage investments in the US, Asia and Latin America. Jai has over 20+ years of experience in Silicon Valley as an entrepreneur and global tech investor, having invested in 150+ startups at inception of Tekton including Coupang, Toss, Outdoorsy, Frontier Car Group, Grubmarket, Flutterwave, etc. Jai is currently a Venture Partner with Febe Ventures, a global seed stage fund, and has held partner roles at Ignite Ventures. Jai began his career at PA Consulting Group and co‑founded On‑Air Networks, later acquired by Loudeye, and was also an early employee at OnePage Software, acquired by Sybase. Jai is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business from the University of Southern California
