Co-founder and Managing Partner, Full Stack Finance

Ivan Ivankovich is a Co-founder and Managing Director at Full Stack Finance. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Mobile Majority, Total Beauty Media, Inc., OEwaves, Inc. and PurePhoto, Inc. Mr. Ivankovich served as an Executive Vice President of AT&T Interactive, Inc. He also served as an Advisor and Consulting Chief Financial Officer at Webalo, Inc. and was a Finance Executive and Consultant. He has also been employed at Aidant Capital. He has over 19 years of financial and operational expertise. He served as the Managing Director at Revolution Capital Group, LLC, and was responsible for the financial operations of Revolution’s portfolio companies and also assists in mergers and acquisition due diligence for prospective acquisitions. Mr. Ivankovich served as Vice President of Finance at Siderean Software, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at CyberDefender Corporation from September 2006 to January 8, 2008 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until January 8, 2008. Mr. Ivankovich served as the Chief Financial Officer at Weblistic, Inc. and Corporate Controller at Prime Matrix Wireless Communications. Prior to joining CyberDefender, he co-founded VisionPoint Capital in March 2005 and served as its Managing Director, from 2005 to 2006, where Mr. Ivankovich provided services primarily related to corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at YellowPages.com LLC from September 2003 to 2005. Mr. Ivankovich has played key roles in several corporate divestitures, which include the acquisitions of Kentrox from ADC, Altura Communications from Fujitsu, and Cemprus from Lucent. From September 2001 to August 2003, he served as Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Platinum Equity, LLC, where Mr. Ivankovich managed and operated certain of its portfolio companies. From October 1998 to August 2001, he served as Vice President of Finance at Trivida Corporation and HealthAllies, Inc. Mr. Ivankovich started his career with Ernst & Young in their audit practice in Los Angeles. He served as Director of OriginOil, Inc. (now, OriginClear, Inc.) since June 2007 until January 31, 2014. Mr. Ivankovich is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the California Society of CPAs. He holds a B.A. degree in Business Economics and Accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara.
