Glen Friedman

Head of Fire Relief

at The Change Reaction

Over the past two decades, I’ve built and advised businesses across sectors including media, real estate, gaming, and consumer products. I’ve led strategic growth initiatives, negotiated licensing and acquisition deals, and helped both early-stage startups and established companies navigate complex challenges. My approach is grounded in practical experience—scaling operations, managing teams, and turning vision into execution.

As a mentor, I bring not just deal experience but a deep understanding of the human side of business—how to build trust, adapt to changing conditions, and lead with integrity. I’ve had the privilege of guiding entrepreneurs through critical decisions, helping them clarify priorities, identify blind spots, and move from uncertainty to momentum. I understand what it takes to sustain a business over time—and what to do when things don’t go as planned.

In parallel to my business work, I’ve been deeply involved in nonprofit efforts that focus on direct impact and community resilience. As a founding member of The Change Reaction, I’ve helped design and scale a model that delivers immediate financial aid to individuals and small businesses in crisis. That work continues to shape how I mentor—emphasizing not just strategy and growth, but purpose, accountability, and service.
