Gina is the Founder and President of Gina Anastasi, Inc., which provides advisory services to companies at all stages of development. She was the COO at Rent.com. During her 6 years there, she led the company through a major restructuring and growth of revenue from $2MM to $60MM with 30% profit margins. As COO of LeadPoint, a lead exchange company, Gina restructured and rebuilt the organization resulting in the company shifting from a significant burn per month to becoming profitable during her 3-year tenure. At Oasis Residential, a NYSE apartment REIT with 13,000 apartments and 550 employees and $60MM in annual NOI, asVP of Operations for 3 years, she led a major, comprehensive internal cultural shift and external marketing positioning change that resulted in over $1MM net profit annually in a very soft market. The company was acquired in 1998 for $1B. At Southmark Pacific, a real estate development company, Gina was a Senior VP instrumental in growing the company from$25MM in assets to $850MM in less than 6 years. Among other responsibilities, including marketing/sales, asset management, project management and JV liaison, she was the right hand to the President in the expansion of the executive team. Gina also held a C-level executive with UberMedia, an Idealab company in its early formation providing executive coaching and operational guidance on building a successful culture. Gina serves as an Advisor to The Hub LA and served 8 years on the Board of Directors of WISE Senior Services, two years as President. Gina also served as a Fulfillment Fund mentor for 5 years. She holds an Interdepartmental BA in Urban Studies from Stanford University and a MA in Spiritual Psychology.
