Operating Exec

at Silver Lake

Former CPO and GM of startups and mid-sized companies including Upwork, 33Across, Financial Engines, Realtor.com, as well as Operating Executive at Silver Lake, a leading tech private equity firm.

I’ve gone through multiple adventures of creating new product categories, finding product-market fit, (re)building the organization, and scaling from pre-revenue to eight+ figures. Lately, I’ve been hands-on exploring AI’s potential for new products and new ways of working.

I enjoy serving as a thought partner to founders navigating growth and operating model challenges. In my most recent role at Silver Lake, I “roll up my sleeves” and work directly with management teams on their most important problem.
