Chandler Hall has spent over 25 years building software and consulting businesses that help companies collaborate more strategically with both their suppliers and their peers in order to reduce cost and inefficiencies in their supply chains. At Italian-headquartered BravoSolution, he led the innovation and global expansion of optimization as a tool for sourcing and procurement, especially in transportation, contributing to billions of dollars in annualized value for his customers. This work evolved into developing transportation orchestration software to help shippers manage all aspects of their supplier relationships on an ongoing basis. In parallel to his global role, Chandler also served as de facto Chief Customer Officer for BravoSolution’s Americas business, helping it become Gartner’s top-ranked provider of strategic sourcing suites in 2017.
After completing the sale of BravoSolution to JAGGAER, in 2018 Chandler joined a transportation SaaS startup called Lanehub as EVP & COO to accelerate and scale the benefits realized by its rapidly growing membership. This progress led Lanehub to be sold to Transplace in 2020, following which he transformed its model to include freight operations in addition to software and took on full responsibility for the resulting business. Transplace was in turn acquired by Uber Freight, where Chandler continued to lead the Lanehub business unit before migrating it into the core 3PL and 4PL divisions to accelerate growth and capture savings by more effectively leveraging the asset.
Since leaving Uber Freight in 2024, Chandler has been mentoring early-stage supply chain technology companies through Chicago’s 1871 global innovation hub, performing advisory work for businesses, investors, and consultancies. Chandler has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. He has been named a ‘Rock Star of the Supply Chain’ by Food Logistics and a ‘Supply Chain Pro to Know’ by Supply & Demand Chain Executive among other recognitions.
