Head of Crush Ventures, Crush Management
Andrew Kahn currently serves as Head of Crush Ventures, a division of Crush Music Management. Andrew is an accomplished business development executive, who has driven B2B revenue growth and partnerships at the intersection of technology, brands, and content. Prior to Crush, Andrew led business development and sales at Greenfly, a venture-backed SaaS platform based in Santa Monica, where he oversaw the company’s growth from pre-revenue to $5M ARR and through two rounds of funding. Andrew joined as the first business hire in 2015 and developed Greenfly’s go-to-market strategy, built its revenue operation and sales teams, and secured recurring revenue partnerships with major brands, retailers, sports leagues, and entertainment companies. Before Greenfly, Andrew led strategic partnerships and business development for Live Nation’s Ticketmaster. In that role, Andrew led strategic relationships with publishers, platforms, and retailers. He conceived and delivered Ticketmaster’s marquee channel partnership with Facebook, which is driving over $100M in GTV today. Andrew started his career in sports with Mandalay Entertainment Group, where he led sponsorship sales for a baseball club Mandalay owned near Dallas, TX. While at the helm, Andrew and his team set the high-water mark for sponsorship revenue in MiLB. Andrew holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from Brandeis University.
