Head of Growth

at Katin

I am a seasoned marketer with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Head of Growth at Katin, an iconic surf lifestyle apparel brand.

I’ve managed digital marketing for multiple startups and mid-stage companies, including a few simultaneously. Since 2016, I have focused on DTC marketing, primarily with brands on the Shopify platform, in various capacities, including working independently, within an agency environment, and managing in-house teams.

My background includes being an early leader in the digital marketing ecosystem at LendingTree in the early 2000s, a digital performance marketing agency executive at The Search Agency, where I managed a team of over a dozen people, and working at Machinima, one of the first YouTube MCNs focusing on video content, live streams, and gaming influencers.

At RPA, my team managed social media and digital content for large companies, including Honda, Farmers, and Intuit. I then helped launch and build the agency’s Digital Strategy department, working on Super Bowl Ads and award-winning digital-first campaigns.

I’ve managed and overseen all marketing-related activities throughout my career, including Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Analytics/Attribution/AI Agents, Email/SMS/Retention, brand marketing, creative, and ecommerce strategy, and scaled a dozen brands from the ground up.
