Chief Product Officer

at Predictive Index

I’m currently the Chief Product Officer at The Predictive Index. I joined PI when they acquired my company Charma where I was Co-founder and CEO. Previously, I was part of the founding team and President/CMO of NextRoll (fka AdRoll).

Charma’s mission was to help people become great managers by providing a system for one-on-ones, recurring team meetings, employee recognition, feedback, and goal setting. At the time of the acquisition, we were a team of 10 with over 300 paying customers.

At NextRoll, I helped build the company brick by brick from 3 of us in a garage to over 700 employees, and from $0 to $300M+ in annual revenue. I played a variety of hands-on roles as our stage demanded, and ultimately built teams in product, sales, account management, and marketing.
