Welcome to the Mucker website (including all associated websites to which this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is posted, the “Site”), operated by MuckerLab, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Mucker, “we”, “us” or “our”). We have prepared this Policy to explain how we collect, use and disclose personal information we may obtain about you when you use this website, submit an application to our accelerator program, or access certain information provided here (collectively, the “Services”). We may collect Personal Information from you when you are using the Site. “Personal Information” includes your name, email address and any other contact information, as well as any other information that could be used to identify an individual. We use Personal Information for marketing and promotional purposes, to invite you to attend events, and to enable or improve technical features of the Site. If you apply to MuckerLab or seek investment from Mucker, you may submit additional information about your company and the management team. Such information will be used to process your application and evaluate an investment opportunity.
